What is Nashtag?

 

Laser Tag

Nashtag is mission-based laser tag. Each time you go into a laser tag arena, you are briefed on a new mission objective to complete.  

What makes you different from other laser tag facilities?  

We have over 50 different missions to complete with various levels of complexity.  Our laser tagger weapons have the same look, weight, feel, and action as their real-life counterpart.  We have eight different laser tagger weapons from which you may choose.  Pick a different weapon for each mission if you desire.  There are no aliens, black lights or fog, just realistic props in over 13,500 square feet of arena space.

 

PanIQ Escape Rooms

Nashtag is proud to have 3 next-generation PanIQ Escape Rooms.  Our rooms include the Insane Asylum, The Red Wire, and Black Site.  

Players are placed in a themed room and have 60 minutes to achieve their objective by finding clues, completing logic and skill tests, and solving puzzles.

 

Café and Bar 

Our café offers many delicious food choices to enjoy while you are here.  We also have food packages available for our booked events.   For those of you that would like to enjoy our full bar, please remember to bring your I.D. because we card everyone.  

Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed with the following exception:  We have special permission from the Health Department that allows our customers to bring birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies, or ice cream for your planned event which can be served to your invited guests.   However, since we are a restaurant and full bar, governed by the corresponding state agencies, absolutely no other food or beverage items are allowed, including water.

What is the recommended age for Nashtag Laser Tag?  

Our basic guideline is 7 to 77+ years.  We have had children in as young as 5 years old play but since it is mission-based laser tag they might not have complete understanding of the missions.  We ask that if your child is under 7 that a parent accompanies them into the arenas.  

Are there time recommendations for the various age groups for the laser tag?  

Yes, since we are a brand of laser tag that appeals to both adults and children we try to accommodate all our customer needs by recommending time slots.  For families and children under 16 we recommend from open to 7pm and after 7pm our customer base becomes primarily adult.  

 

What are the age restrictions for the PanIQ Escape Rooms?  

Children under 12 will not be admitted under any circumstances – games and puzzles are really difficult and the themes are PG-13. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

For children age 12-14, an adult must be in the room while playing. 

For people age 15-18, an adult must show up before the game to check the players in and sign a waiver, but the adult does not have to be in the room during the game.

 

How do I reschedule? 

We are happy to reschedule your event to a new day or time if that new time is available.  Simply call our store at 615-628-8373 and ask to speak with an Event Coordinator.

 

Can I cancel my event?   

You can cancel your reservation by replying to your original confirmation email or by calling our store at 615-628-8373 and letting us know that you'd like to cancel. However, we encourage you to reschedule because there are no refunds applied for deposits on booked parties or canceled reservations.

 

Can I bring in a cake for a birthday celebration?

Yes, we have special permission from the Health Department that allows our customers to bring birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies, or ice cream for your planned event.   However, since we are a restaurant and full bar, we are governed by the corresponding state agencies, absolutely no other food or beverage items are allowed, including water.  

 

Can I have my event catered?

Yes, we allow catered private events.  We have some caterers we can recommend and we will also allow a caterer of your choice if you can provide us a copy of your caterer’s license and contact information at least one week prior to your event.  Please call our store at 615-628-8373 and ask to speak with an Event Coordinator to arrange a catered event.

 

Booking/Walk-In Guest

 

Are walk-ins allowed?

Yes we always welcome walk-in guest at the top of the hour for laser tag as long as we have space available.  We can accommodate 64 people at a time to play our laser tag.  Just keep in mind that there may be times when we are running at full capacity and can not accept any more guest which means a walk-in group may be pushed to the next available time slot.  To guarantee that you have space we now offer online booking so you can reserve a time slot. 

For our PanIQ Escap Rooms we also allow walk-in guest but keep in mind that a room may not be available and if one is available, that you may play with strangers.  When you book online you are guaranteed your time slot and you choose who to invite.  

 

How does general admissions booking work for laser tag?

While on www.Nashtag.co,  go to the Book Now tab. If you have not previously filled out a waiver for Nashtag, please do so prior to booking.   For general Admissions/Tickets at the top of the Book Now page, select the date and time you wish to play.  You will be prompted through a series of pages and payment.  If you have not already done so, please make sure you click the link to fill out the online waiver.  Note:  All time slots begin at the top of the hour so you should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your time selected.  We invite you to call our store at 615-628-8373 if you need assistance in booking.

 

How do I book a Party Event for laser tag?

You may call our store at 615-628-8373 and speak with an Event Coordinator or book online at  www.Nashtag.co, by going to the Book Now tab and scrolling down to Party Booking.  Scroll through our party booking options to select the kind of party you want to book, a Private Event or Public Event, and if you would like a one hour or two hour event.  Once you have selected your party type, select a date and time and number of guests.  You will then follow a series of prompts that will gather information and take a $100 deposit to hold your date and time.  Once your deposit is made, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your party along with an invitation email that has a link with your party I.D. attached to the online waiver.  This is what you send to guest prior to your event so they can fill out the waiver ahead of time and be attached to your party.

 

What if a time slot I want is not showing in the Party Booking?

That means that time has already been taken, however we are often able to run multiply parties at the same time if the guest counts are low.  Please call our store and speak with an Event Coordinator to find out if we can accomidate your needs.

 

How does booking work for the PanIQ Escape Rooms?

On our website, www.paniqescaperoom.com/nashville, go to the Book Now tab and make your room selection. Then select the date and time you would like to play, select the number of participants you are paying for, and pay.  Invite other friends and or family via email links provided. How do I book an event for both the PanIQ Escape Rooms and Laser Tag? 

We ask that you call our store and speak with an Event Coordinator to book a combined event since the time logistics can get complicated.
